Hate the hours. Opens at 9:30 and closes at 6pm. The hottest times of the day and have a storage on top floor, no air conditioning so I can't go to storage until winter when it's not as hot. Other than that Staff has been nice and facility is clean. They could offer a trash can to throw small stuff out. I do like that they offer

Omg Carmen was Amazing. I called her two weeks ago with come concerns about my storage unit because I lost my keys. She was very empathetic and helpful. Carmen relieved me of so much stress because I flew all the way from Georgia and when I arrived she even remembered me. Very congenial and helpful. Stay amazing Carmen.
