Excellent service! I was on my way to this location; however due to traffic I wasn’t able to get there before their closing time at 6pm. I called and spoke with the Assistant property manager, Erin, and told her I’ll get there right at 6pm and asked if that would be okay. She said that was okay and to just come on by. I got there 10 min after closing time and the Property manager, Martin, was there to assist me. Thank goodness they didn’t turn me away. When he showed me the unit storage that I rented through customer service, it was smaller than what I had expected. Martin suggested another unit and it worked out perfectly! Originally, I was going to rent from a different storage facility but I decided to rent here based on the reviews. I recommend this location and speak to either Erin or Martin! Thanks, guys!

I just went in to aquire about the possibility of renting out an storage unit and the representative that I spoke with. Believe she was a manager because she was very informative and helpful with all questions I had. A delightful person to speak with today . Thanks to you Erin I'll be there tomorrow morning getting me a unit.

Excellent customer service. Erin Love actually went beyond and searched other venues to match my requirements but ended up getting storage here nonetheless. Move-in vehicle was complimentary and came through. Whole process was seamless; highly recommend. 5/1/22: Transfer process to larger unit was simple. Excellent customer service in explaining all details. Still highly recommend.
