Writing this review as a business Tenant who's rented here for over 2 years. We are now leaving to go somewhere more SECURE. The manager plots to steal items from people if they are left behind. So make sure you do not leave NOT 1 crumb behind! She likes to wait and see if they ask for the item and if they don't there's her big chance! She won't call you right away and likes to think the tenant maybe forgot about the items. Since I've rented here There's been units on the first floor that have been robbed many times for people leaving doors wide open & stories I hear from other tenants are not great at all. Very risky thinking your items are secure with a code people can easily guess. Every time a partner of my firm come to the storage to pick up items we need for the office the doors are always wide open!!! I'm sure all these people do is judge and talks about every single person who walks into the office. They have nothing else to do. The customer service is outrageously fake it's ridiculous. You can never get a hold of the office to make a payment. All the employees just look so unprofessional. No dress code, no morals or respect. Just know once you leave the office a judgment will always be said about you! This makes me really sad of how horrible management is. There are NO RESTROOMS!!!! These people have no lives & instead of watching the cameras to make sure our items are safe they just watch the camera's to judge other people. It happened in front of my own face once while I was over hearing the conversation just simply grabbing a dolly!!!! When I left I felt disgusted. I left with me being sure this wasn't a professional business. It's sad because this business looks as if it ran off of friendship instead of professionalism & doing the right thing! Me, my partner and my business will definitely be going else where! Check other storage locations else where, If you care about your items do not bring them here!!!!

Absolutely the best storage place ever with exceptional customer service. They keep the surroundings “clean as a whistle.” I’ve had other storage facilities that neglected the property and just didn’t seem to care but the moment you enter the office here and once you your a unit you’ll see the amount of care that goes into this place. I’ve used them for a couple of years now and would recommend them highly.

Wow, everyone here has been so helpful. I wanted to reserve a place for about 10 days out and was disappointed that I had to go in (she said I couldn’t do it over the phone or online, but she could do it in person). I’m glad I did, as when I saw the units and got a feel for the place I was very happy with my choice. 2 floors with air conditioning and one with a fan, tons of sizes and availability, and pricing is based on floor, ac, size and proximity to elevator. Tip: don’t buy the yelp deal (unless maybe you’re getting a very small unit)! You can either use the yelp deal OR the 50% off the first 2 months, so do the math first. Then you get the $25 administration fee deducted from your 3rd month, and if you write a yelp review you get $15 off your 4th month. So lots of ways to save, plus comparable pricing to many storage spots in the area. And they offer renters insurance for $8/month, but if you already have insurance, bring in the paperwork when you sign up so they can put it in their system and not charge you for their insurance. I had a super easy time moving in, and am very happy with the place so far!

In comparison to other storage facilities this was the best I found. It's clean, air conditioned, the office is organized and the staff is always pleasant. They even know me by name when I stop by which is not very often.
