No, there is only certain hours that you can access this location. I believe the hours are on the website.
They might give you a $50 move in special. After all of the hidden fees attached you'll pay roughly $100 to move in. Next month youll probably pay $350. The 3rd month could be about $400. Then If you say something about the prices going up then they'll give you 2 months consecutively at $400 per month. If youre desperate enough to have to stay in this place for six months Im sure you will receive in writing on or before your 6th month a notice of rate increase in addition to several increases that you were not expecting before that. TAKE THE TIME AND READ THE ENTIRE CONTRACT BEFORE YOU SIGN THEIR CONTRACT!!! Or go someplace else that wont trick you and hide fees in their terms of service.
