Realistically you're not paying them to care about your feelings. This is strictly business. Sorry to be so straight out but ya thats how it is so your expectations are the problem. 🤔
Wondering if @Diamond Hardy and I use the same storage place. The desk personnel I've met are always friendly and helpful. As for the rent costs, blame inflation. I suggest you shop around for a cheaper place :-)
Not only that but that place is full of rat's and the worker's are so rude all ways got their face frown up. Looking down on people lile if they are better than any body
