I’ve lived here for a year - it’s terrible. The management here does NOT care about safety/security at all. My vehicle has been broken into numerous times in the underground parking garage, which I pay extra for. I have asked them to fix the garage door and put cameras around multiple times and they won’t. The staff does here does not care about any of my complaints about all the entrances that are constantly propped open, letting anyone enter the buildings and vandalize the tenants property.

People in the office are awesome and always respond quickly and kindly. They are doing lots of upgrades. The maintenance staff have been prompt with any service request we have had so far.

This place is a good place to live and is close to just about anything you could think of. Despite the maintenance issues and the constant pest problems, the people who own this building are trying their best. The recent renovations look fantastic and the amenities are rather lovely. Ruby is a fantastic woman with a great sense of humor and seeing her always makes my day.

When I searched for a place to live space, peace, and quietness was top of the list. I found all three at Axis. The updates in the apartment and now the hallways and building absolutely superb. The walls and flooring are solid and you will not hear your neighbors. The office staff is top notch and provide the best service. Managing a community as big as Axis takes a lot of patience and Nick (manager) has thick skin and does an excellent job. Maintenance has always been polite and professional even when they see you coming and going. They never hesitate in completing work orders. Now, to the nitty gritty....dog owners clean up after you fur babies. My goodness it's not that hard. When you spill something or drop something in the elevator clean it up. This is a very beautiful community with nice amenities we all should care about where we live! Period! Once you come home and turn the key to your home purr bliss! So if you are looking for a great place to live look no further. I would highly recommend Axis. Peace
