First time at this facility. All I can say is unbelievable.. First they try to tell me they can't find my insurance in their system, which had me really confused. Than they basically forced me to pay out of pocket 175$ to be seen, since so called Will claimed I had no insurance, nonsense of course. After calling UH which is my insurance I was told I should never had been charged and was asked what system they are using. At check out I was giving a new appointment and they stated again I have to pay 175$ next time I come in even I told them varias times I have Medicaid as well and have 0 responibility. I called to cancel the appointment a few days later the Lady got upset , rude she wanted to know why, I expressed I do not need the appointment any longer and she hung up on me. This office front desk is horrific, people have no manners or respect Im an elderly Lady and that is the treatment I received at this office. Working Staff Aug 30th at 8am NURSE WAS GREAT DR. CHAVDA MD STAFF Follow up: 2 month later I received a letter to pay a 20$ deductible. Absolute craziness. I called explained the situation above I already paid, she had no clue what I was talking about. They did a research and guess what I received my 175$ as a refund! I really wonder what is going on in this office,,

the "check-in" front desk attendant was rude, rushed, loud and just plain mean she made my anxiety very high being this was my first time having a procedure done at this location . after getting called back for my procedure everyone was very friendly and took great care me. .unfortunately I would not recommend this location due to the staff that first sees there patients attitude sets the tone for a uneasy experience...

Top-notch nurses and staff. Not a single complaint there. But if you have to see Dr. Ebsworth, allocate a minimum of two hours in the waiting room for even a routine visit. She normally schedules patients as early as 8:00am, despite the fact that she doesn't appear in the office until 9:00am at the earliest. So, if you have an 8:00 appointment, you're going to be waiting at least an hour...even longer if you're unlucky...and the rest of that day's schedule is already an hour behind before they've even started. To give her credit, Dr. Ebsworth is an excellent doctor, and did wonders for my leg wounds. But it doesn't matter how good you are at your job if you're not there doing it. I won't be going back, and I'm recommending everybody I know to find a different office as well.

This is the second time I've been here with my elderly disabled mother. First time we were told to come in, drove all the way here and was told after waiting that she was not authorized to be there by the doctor. They could have told us that before we drove the 20 minutes that it took and making me late for work. The second time the receptionist told my Mom to wait in a waiting room, my Mom has difficulty walking, then ask us if we have been here before I told her no so then we had to go back out to the waiting room to wait again. My favorite joke about this place is" right hand meet left hand" . This place treats the elderly like fourth class citizens.
