I am a post surgical patient, 9 days. I have been a patient at this location for at least 5 years. Throughout this time there has been very good experiences, along with very horrible ones. I haven't ever been moved to post a negative review. This is not my way. Rather, I have addressed any sub standard occurrences directly with the staff. And then, only if I felt it would result in affecting another patient negatively down the line. I was seen in the office today for surgical follow-up. My physician was a PA I met for the first time. My condition post surgery has/is extremely difficult with several issues. The PA was attentive. Very empathetic while professional. She had taken the time to make herself completely aware of the extensive complicated path that has been my experience with this. th haven't given up the effort to address numerous medical problems I am facing currently and in the past. Previous physicians have given up. The PA, came up with a plan to address my post surgical issues thankfully. Along with giving me assurance there is still hope. I was told to call the after hours line immediately, as she was the one on call, with any and all questions that she needed to be addressed. Having an important issue I called. The Dr. On call was not my PA I had seen. I was yelled at, belittled, and spoken to to uglier than I ever had been the past. Please address this/the problem with the online response team. I am still in need of help at the excellent level of help I've received in the past.

The office staff and Doctor & nurses are excellent dealing with medications that need to be called in and help with our insurance. It's going on 18years I've been with them Dr. Gari was my first doctor. Ty for everything you do

Every experience is a pleasant one the facility is always clean to perfection the staff is awesome very friendly and ready to answer any and all questions I couldn't choose a better place to have my procedures done.. Dr. Medina is the best kind understanding and has a great sense of humor
