It was amazingly great pizza. But there were some issues that need to be addressed. Above the salad bar there is a nook that is embarrassingly dusty. We were thinking of getting a salad to end the festivities... But... Any way the staff was friendly and the food was great.

It was 2 adults and my daughter. We got charged for 4 adults and a child. Yes I know should have looked at receipt (but I didn’t) till I got home. The food was almost all gone while waiting the only thing was soup. But my complaint is 1- the store needs a bigger oven & 2- people needs to checks your receipts cause no telling how many people they do this too as well.

I will NEVER return back to this poor service and disgusting pizza place ever again in my life. This was my first time going to the Brandon location and trying the spinach alfredo pizza so I was looking forward to having a fresh new experience. After trying only one slice of the pizza alfredo sauce, it tasted so gross that it had me spitting out the bite that I ate and instantly going back into the store to give the pizza back.

Went for my first time back since covid hit. I've gotten a lot of promotional emails over the last couple years about how their prices have gone down. I showed up and the buffet and drink cost $10. That's more than I've ever paid for food there. Soda fountain was down and they were buying 2 liters from a nearby store. They ran out quick and soon after I got there they ran out of clean plates. I can't believe they were charging full price for that. They had a Sunday rush right as I was leaving that they were woefully unprepared for. Food was much worse than I remember. They need to get their act together. I don't know how they've stayed open.
