If I could rate this less I would. Officer MM is an aggressive antagonist individual that is bringing down this organization and the community being served. I would do research and ask residents of the community that has hired this company prior to retaining them. Poor report writing, high turnover. Do your research.

One of the worst security companies ever. Terrible pay. Terrible management. Awful sites. They take any site to make money. They do not care about officer safety and they will use you too death for peanuts. These sites are full of privileged rude tenants that expect security to be concierge and dog professionals. Feeding dogs snacks collecting mail n sorting packages controlling parking like we are car valet. Not to mention completing work order request like we are maintenance. When you bring it up to management they look at you like you have poop on your nose. $9.00 an hr maybe up to $10.50. A complete joke. Do better. Stay away from Weiser. Go to Mcdonalds. At least they feed you and you dont have to maintain a worthless security license with the state thats not worth the freaking money.
