Not happy at all with this scrap yard. Right from the jump, the guy was condescending and rude. Comes off as someone who hates their job. Was not comfortable from the get go, asked questions due to me never being there before. That "mind reader mentality" as we should already know what to do. Not everyone scraps, they need guidance. There were 2 nice people there... They both were ladies, kudos to you both. I expect to go to any establishment and be treated with respect, especially when I am being as nice and respectful as can be. If you don't want to be there, then find another place to work. I personally had enough going into business's and being treated like trash when we aren't the enemies. I will never step foot in this place again and it's all because of the first initial contact. Try it out folks and see how your experience is.

This was our first time ever going to a scrap yard. We were confused at first on where to go but one of the workers noticed and guided us right away. Really great customer service! Was super fast and organized as well. Would definitely recommend.

An Excellent Experience. The facility is new, well kept, well maintained, and amazingly clean. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. The wait times seem to always be minimal even when at “peak” operational hours. Definitely accommodating to the novice and residential scrappers while able to handle the business of commercial companies with massage tonnage. I recommend to anyone in the recycling world to take a visit, from the soccer moms to the seasoned “metal-heads”. Definitely worth your business. My hat is off to Randy and Nicole for a class act operation!
