Very quick and professional. I sent an email with my given time frame. I left my products outside, which they took a picture of what they took and emailed me to show that. No problems whatsoever. I will be using them again if I need to!

Left a message and scheduled a pick-up. I had over 20 hard drives and backup drives that my husband has been accumulating and holding on to for 20 years! They came to my home and picked up all the drives and sent me a video of the destruction. They also sent me a certificate as well. And guess what? It was all FREE OF CHARGE! Other companies wanted to charge me over $350 for the very same service. They also recycle batteries, cables - any electronics you may have. Kudos to Jeff, Shane and Gina at Urban E Recycling - you guys do an amazing job!

Great, "HONEST" guys! Won't try to take advantage of someone who might not know the difference between steel and aluminum! Hehehe! I highly recommend this place ! UPDATE!!!!! 12/07/2019, since my original post, this place is not a regular recycling facility any more! They are only dealing with electronics now! Sorry very sad! :(

Hi Deborah! We are able to recycle LCD, LED and Plasma TV's and accept them as drop offs only at any of our locations listed on our website. Unfortunately we can not accept the older CRT, DLP & Tube TV's. Please give us a call and we can refer you to where you can properly dispose of the older units if that is what you have. Thank you.

#1..., prices of all recyclables change daily, and sometimes even hourly, no scrap yard will quote a price online, and more often than not, even over the phone, because once that they give you a price, it may have changed by the time you get there, (it's happened to me!) They don't want to have to deal with irate customer's when the quote they gave you earlier is lower by the time you get there. But..Hehehe...happy for you if it's higher! #2..., unfortunately they are only dealing with electronics now!
