Front desk clerks are WONDERFUL. Very sweet and efficient. Have one less star due to Bone Density Tech. She must be a smoker (stuck like she just had one). I know this is a tough addition however with my allergy I get sick from the smell. The only saving Grace was it was a short visit. She was also very abrupt. ( not too friendly). Also the density sch woman was amazing. Very sweet, kind and also VERY efficient. Made up for the error in my sch for a Mamogram. Will return next week for my Mamo and looking forward to seeing her again.

Had a Stat xray order of the Cspine on Friday and didn't get the report by the end of the day as promised. Then Monday morning I called several times as they kept getting disconnected and said they would have it sent out in 1 hour. Called back after 2 hours and not hearing anything and the said they forgot and would work on it asap. Now it's almost 7pm and my doctor called and they said they would have it tomorrow.... I can't believe the service from this place. If you don't have the ability to do something on time, just say that. I hate being lied to and the anticipation of not knowing if my neck is fractured is really stressful.

BIC worked me in for two tests within hours, an emergency request from my doctor. Selena, Amber and Rachel are amazing staff and did a fabulous job. Very professional and skilled at their different positions. Very pleased with my experience at this location.

I am from a town about an hour and a half away from Sarasota. I went to an orthopedic for my foot and my doctor wanted to get me in for a MRI immediately and wanted to do it so I wouldn’t have to drive back to Sarasota to have the MRI done. My doctor called Bowes imaging and they said come over we will see if we can fit you in. Well, I got to the office, filled out the easy paperwork and was back getting an MRI within 10 minutes of getting there. Linda was awesome as far as our payment and getting me seen so quickly. Also, I want to make sure I add that I am very claustrophobic and even though my MRI was of my foot I was pretty nervous. The MRI tech, Kim, put my mind at ease and actually had me laughing!! She took great care of me as did Linda and I am so impressed that if I ever need another MRI in Sarasota or have friends or family that need an MRI in that area I will make sure they go to Bowes! Thank you so very much!!!

We have the oval MRI. This is the largest MRI in world. The oval MRI is the future of diagnostics. It has the ability to give an open feel. You may come in and look at it if you'd like before you have your diagnostic. I would be extremely careful with other MRI facilities that have 20 year old machines. We buy the newest equipment.
