I am disappointed to write this review, as my interactions with professional staff were all very good for my same day surgery approximately 1 year ago. I had to come back for a CT scan today. Very bad experience. Receptionist RUDE! No courteous hello, just “masks are required!” Then I said, “if you give one to me, I will gladly put it on.” “You don’t have one?” “No.” “You don’t have one in your car?” Again, I said, “no.” She gave me one, with a sigh of exasperation as she had to get up(so sorry to inconvenience you😠) to get a mask. The visit did not get any better. “Oh, you’re Workman’s comp…” (in front of a room full of waiting patients. Totally none of their business. These examples are only the highlights. I hope I NEVER have to come here again.

All the team were kind, helpful and moved me thru very smoothly and quickly. I observed one attempting to deal with a very rude customer. A staff member did a nice job in trying to deal with a swearing, rude person whose husband obviously thought his wife was rude! Your staff didn’t loose her temper, kept her voice low and calm. Nice job and I wish I knew her name.

I had a recent MRI and my experience here wasn't very comforting. The machine was extremely loud despite the headphones.....however, I went to simon med for an mri a few months back and they played music through the headphones and talked through it letting me know how long each segment was going to take and checking in on me. They ran the mri today and I didn't hear from anyone the whole time but had a button to call for *emergencies*. I went here since it was cheaper then Simon but.....my overall experience there was more personable.

They cancelled my first appointment the day before my scan because they said that the insurance had not been verified. I called my primary care physician and she said everything was cleared for the appointment. I called Humana and they said everything was approved. So it sounds like it was a clerical error they said they were short staffed. I rebooked for several weeks later. Before the scan I had to have an IV the tech jabbed the vein and said “oh blew the vein!” I have had IVs a lot especially as a cancer patient but never a vein “blown”. She said I should drink water before getting an IV. I was never given those instructions before so how was I to know. Plus I have always had easy to find veins. The rest was ok. Unfortunate that I had to drive all the way to Bradenton for the scan since their Sarasota facility does not provide these breast scans. I prefer Sarasota Memorial Imaging Center.

Hello. Patient reports are faxed to the referring physician within minutes of the case being read by the radiologist. The patient portal has a 36 hour blackout period before the reports can be read. This is something that is hard coded in the software and nothing that we control. After the 36 hours, reports are available. Please contact Tracy Mays on Ext 211 at the Bradenton center to clarify your scan date etc. Thanks.
For our Sarasota center, head north on 41. Partners is on the left side just past Sarasota Memorial Hospital and before Bahia Vista. It is a green glass building. For our Bradenton center, the easiest route is to join I-75 North and take SR64 (west). The center is about 10 mins drive on the right side. You are looking for 4th Ave Circle East which is semi-circle road 5101 is the street number.
It takes several weeks for a payment towards your deductible to be posted. You should be able to contact your insurance directly and they can give you this information .

We don't have a standing MRI as the image resolution is generally not that strong on these types of machines. If you have a lower spine issue, the desire is to obtain high resolution images so that you can be diagnosed correctly. To do this, you really need to make it through a regular MRI on a table. Our techs will try to help you get through the scan the best they can but there may be some discomfort due to your sores. Please contact me on 941-951-2100 and ask for Nigel if you would like to discuss this in more detail. Thanks.
