When I call to make an appointment they live you on hold for a long time and a when you get to the place they make you wait for at least 30min to 2 hours to see the doctor when his late and then when you don’t call within 24 hours to cancel you’re appointment they make u you $37.00 they should pay us as patience’s for making us wait that long and they are terrible with the prescriptions I had a UTA and they never send my medication to the pharmacy I had to go to come to a urgency care. 😩

I made an appointment here for a rapid covid test and was told the office was open until 9pm. I went in to get tested at 4:30pm where I was told I would get a phone call if I was positive. I have been exposed to people who have tested positive for covid and am pretty sure I have it as well, so I was expecting a phone call. I called the office at 5:15pm and was told, my result were not in yet and I would receive a call when they were. At 6:00pm I called again and was told the same thing. Finally at 7pm, 2 and a half hours after taking my rapid test. I decided to drive back to the office to get my results, the office was closed.

I am seriously considering having this practice investigated. Their answer for everything is here take an antidepressant. I feel confident there's some large back door pharmaceutical rep stuff happening here. Dr. Azaz does not listen to his patients and he is incredibly patronizing oftentimes wandering off on a soliloquy. He looms over other PA's and assistant making sure they adhere to his prescription practice. Time to find another PCP. Please seriously consider not going here. There are plenty of other doctors.
