I recently joined Innovative Kickboxing almost 2 weeks ago and started going after work - I love it! The coaches are amazing people, they’re always motivating and encouraging during some of the toughest points of the workouts. The atmosphere is fun and easy going, with music playing during each class. The facility is really clean and layout in a way that makes sense. My favorite thing so far is how the workout bags have monitors that can be turned on/off to keep stats on your impact score, average impact force and how many hits (impacts) made contact.

My standards of Innovative kickboxing was exactly what I was looking for in a gym. I have kick boxed before at other facilities, innovative definitely blows them away with a total full body challenging workout! I love the positivity and motivation, The staff are wonderful and so helpful and the facility is very clean. The workouts are amazing and never boring and they really challenge you! I give innovative kickboxing more than 5 stars as the best full body workout with a good warm up and cooldown period!
