Went twice and I won't come back. The place is extremely expensive (prime rib roast for 30$/lb, short ribs for 16$/lb, skirt for 24$/lb, etc...), the choice of meat is pretty basic and the service quality is quite poor. Every decent looking piece of meat there is very expensive and everything that is reasonably priced has more or less zero marbling (like a 24$/lb tomahawk which was ungraded but looked like a cheap USDA Select). If it had more reasonable prices it would be an ok place, but with such a premium on basically every meat item you'd expect a much better service overall.

They have the highest quality meat and poultry and it's sold at a reasonable price. They also do an excellent job of managing space so that patrons are not crowded while in the shop. I give 10/10. Will visit again.

Shaun has great meats and sandwiches. My favorite is their Santa Cruz sandwich. Recently I am trying to go low carb and they are so sweet to accommodate me by making it without the bread. Some places don’t wrap it well enough and it’s hard to eat a lettuce wrap sandwich without stuff falling out but schaub’s employees always made sure the lettuce wrap around the ingredients nicely so that eating it is a breeze! And they wrap the ingredients win lots of lettuce so I never ever miss not having the bread! Love this place!
