I got the quesadilla taco with chicken and when I bit the taco it tasted a little off. When I looked in the taco this ground up meat was in there. I can't really tell if it's chicken or beef. It looks nothing like the picture and now I'm down half my meal today. I've never seen this kind of meat in this taco before so it's just really off putting to me. Also the cheese in this quesadilla is also barley even existing, it's just two tortillas at this point. Extremely dissapointing.

Went through the drive through on May 8, 2022 at around 8pm and waited few minutes and no one was even there at the order menu. Pulled up the second window and waited, still saw no one there. Like why say open, if no one was even working????? Unfortunately, it was a wasted drive to eat here. Not worth it, recommend going to another Deltaco just south of here.

We went to del taco at 8020 N Academy Blvd, Colorado Springs, CO 80920 location. Our food was cold. The fish tacos were tough. When I called the location and told them bout it..they said it was fresh. They wanted us to go back and get a refund. It's below freezing temperatures and snowing. We shouldn't have to go back. This is the worst experience I've had. What a waste of money $16 down the drain..the only thing that was good was the drink. I DON'T recommend this location at all.

Normally a great experience this time I got something I've never gotten before...plastic in my food. When I sent a message with a picture I got a $10 coupon. Unfortunately what I wanted was someone to acknowledge that I got plastic in my food.
