They just can't seem to get orders right. "Only ketchup, mustard, bacon & swiss" on a bacon and swiss chicken sandwich should include the swiss cheese. They also included fries that we didn't order. Had a similar issue when ordering through their app last time. 4 items is apparently overwhelming. Avoid if you need anything other than how they normally make their food.

Person behind the counter was very pleasant. The place was very clean and the food came out looking and tasting good. When in Colorado Springs, this is my new go-to-place for Carl's Jr. food.
