Drive through is quick, but the staff won't take your order inside. They ignore you at the register assumingly because of the 2x4 ft TouchPads they have in the dining area you can order from. I wanna order from a person.

My order was repeated 5 times between 3 employees and they still got it wrong! drive through girl completely dismissed me when I told her she keyed the order incorrectly did not even acknowledge that I had spoken to her incredibly rude!

Each time I've visited this location, the wait times are over 10-15 minutes or longer to get the order. I asked for fresh food and it's luke warm at best. My McFlurry was already soupy as it had melted somewhat. Not sure if they need more employees or if the night shift just doesn't care enough.

You know what's funny is the fact that you probably dont know the stress of working in fast food, you dont know how many rude people they deal with everyday and you dont understand that they try their hardest to deliver you exactly what you asked for. Its not their fault that the buns get mixed up or the fact that the general public (you) request so many different ways to make your food the way you like it. But, suddenly its their fault that you had a terrible experience based on their business being unbearably busy. Did you take into consideration that they might be short staffed? No. Did you think that some employees may not be doing their jobs thus letting the people who are trying their ABSOLUTE hardest to deliver you what you asked for but can't because they have vultures like yourself breathing down their necks demanding that they get your order 100% right? Not even once! If you're going to bash on how employees think about how you would do in their shoes.
Welcome to Colorado where it can be 10-degrees in the morning and 85-degrees in the afternoon....
