Horrible experience after waiting in a long line just to be missing fries, having bacon on my #1 Big Mac then to have it be put together with the bottom bun in the middle and the middle bun on bottom, employees do not care how they serve their food

You know what's funny is the fact that you probably dont know the stress of working in fast food, you dont know how many rude people they deal with everyday and you dont understand that they try their hardest to deliver you exactly what you asked for. Its not their fault that the buns get mixed up or the fact that the general public (you) request so many different ways to make your food the way you like it. But, suddenly its their fault that you had a terrible experience based on their business being unbearably busy. Did you take into consideration that they might be short staffed? No. Did you think that some employees may not be doing their jobs thus letting the people who are trying their ABSOLUTE hardest to deliver you what you asked for but can't because they have vultures like yourself breathing down their necks demanding that they get your order 100% right? Not even once! If you're going to bash on how employees think about how you would do in their shoes.

I've done their job and based on the various jobs I've had aside from getting busy at times it's a pretty simple job as all they need to do is look at a screen and simply make a few different burgers and they struggle to do that . It is sad that they each only have one job and screw that up , it is a lack of work ethic and not caring but go ahead and believe that it is a hard job
