Crazy I got this I'm on my way over there now... It was awesome I'm going back for more smash McDonald's. Out of my memory. Wendy's fries are bomb. Wendy's sandwiches are fresh the chicken is real you can tell when you eat it. Other stores their food all has the same consistency I love Wendy's.

Drive thru empty and zero customers in the restaurant. Went in Drive thru and was told they will be right with me. 8 minutes later no help at all. Never going here again. The service has declined in a big way in the last few weeks. Other people have expressed this to me as well.

It was an absolute NIGHTMARE. I attempted to order through the Wendy’s app but wasn’t able to check out (yet somehow they still charged my CC for food never received). So, I decided to just go to Wendy’s to order since you can claim the offers in person (this was on 01/15/22 & 6:15pm). The 2 people at the counter were very kind & tried to work with me to get the special offer. For some reason the offer wouldn’t go through & that’s when the rude, ignorant “manager” stepped in. He claimed the offer wouldn’t go through because we weren’t ordering “premium” burgers (we were NOT attempting to order their value burgers). We were told that the offer only applied to 8 or 9 items even though the Wendy’s website boasts about 20 premium sandwiches. If he was just mistaken, I wouldn’t have gotten so upset at the situation, but he was 100% insistent that a double baconater & Big Bacon Cheddar burger were NOT premium sandwiches. He wasn’t just rude he was condescending, narcissistic & unwilling to explain why these incredibly expensive burgers weren’t premium burgers! At no point did we request a value burger! In the end we just left & he dismissed us as if we were the ones in the wrong. The other 2 employees looked chagrined & embarrassed, but what could they do? That arrogant nut job of a manager was higher up the food chain then them. I go to that Wendy’s at least once a week & this was easily the WORST experience I’ve ever had there. I am absolutely livid & disgusted with the treatment we received last night. AND to add insult to injury, that app STOLE MY MONEY! I was treated badly, walked away with no food AND lost $19….for nothing! Avoid this Wendy’s & their app at all costs. They’re lying thieves, pure & simple.
