I have gone here quite a few times since it is near my house. I would say about half the time they mess up my order, but I come back because it is conveniently close. Today, not only did they get my order wrong, there was plastic in one of my burritos. I asked for no lettuce on one item and no onion on the other, and both times had the stuff I did not want in them. Then I’m chewing my other not messed up burrito and pull a piece of plastic out of my mouth. I am appalled that this is the type of service that is acceptable.

This place needs minus five stars and a serious health inspection. We didn't even eat here or enter beyond the lobby. The door handle was so grimy it looked like something off a bus station floor. The entry way appeared to maybe have been swept and mopped not since the 80's and the inner door window was disgusting. Hand prints, smears of who knows what, when was the last time it was even wiped? Absolutely filthy. I don't want to know what the kitchen looked like. We turned around, used an elbow to push the door open and left. I'm so done with Taco Bell. They've really went down hill. Even before the pandemic they started to get lazy, cheap on value, badly made food and the surfaces are gross and they're way out of touch with their customers. After the pandemic, most of them really need to be shut down. I can't believe they serve food at these places.

We live maybe 10 min away. We’ve been here several times over the past year, different times of the day. Usually it’s a guilty treat. No matter if we use mobile or order in person… they always mess it up. Missing big ticket items, to small sides or sauces. Most recent time I opened it to check while in the drive through and said I’m missing an entire “box” and he said it’s all there and just stared at us (didn’t say let me make sure, it was obvious a chalupa and several tacos weren’t there), wasn’t worth arguing and right before we drove off one of the other guys came over and said I’ve got the rest of your order. We go there and then realize why we always say we’re not going to return. It’s cheap so that’s why it isn’t worth going back for a couple forgotten dollar items but with the continuation over the year it starts to add up! We’ll go to the taco express down the road instead! I’ve read over the last 6 months how awful these reviews are. That’s a shame. The staff obviously don’t care about their job but we’re paying for a service and expect efficient results. I couldn’t care less if you’re 19 and completely high (often times that’s who’s working) but I work hard for my money and won’t waste it anymore on this location.

I try to be very forgiving especially when it comes to fast food, but the last few times we’ve come, they’ve missed at least half of our order, not even including the incorrect items. It’s super disappointing given that 6 months ago I would’ve said this was one of the best in the Springs, and I’m writing this from their lobby that has six other people who also got incorrect orders.
