I needed to have a large print wrapped and possibly shipped. I came into the store and asked about pricing. The estimate was very reasonable and I agreed to have that done. Later I called and asked whn it was going to be done and was told Monday which wouldn't work as I was flying out early Monday morning. The manager came in on her day off to do this. When I came to the store it was covered in bubble wrap. We talked about a price to ship this item and I agreed to this price. When the package came today it was in a box and carefully bubble wrapped inside. Thanks for your help in this task and for a great job. Very highly recommend this store.

Five stars only for Carley and her phenomenal customer service. As far as management, Rolene is very inconsiderate and not accommodating for the work load and having one person during the holidays. Which is why I left as an employee, because it was too much to accommodate us and the excessive amount of stress when the line was out the door. If you can't accommodate your employees who keep your business running. It will fail.

If I could give this store 0 stars I would! I visited this store about a week ago and there were only 2 employees facing a store full of packages. The fact that you only have 2 employees on the floor being overworked is ridiculous. The wait times for packages is absurd and you can tell the workers are doing the best they can within their ability. Where is the owner to step in and take care of business when things are understaffed? Every small business I know has their owners on the floor putting just as much work in as their employees! If you want speedy service I HIGHLY recommend you take your business to another facility. Post-response edit: It is unfortunate that you take me for someone who was a previous employee. Maybe that speaks volumes about how you run your business. Either way, I am a real customer who is disappointed with the service and the way you have been responding to these poor reviews. It seems like you fail to take responsibility for the state of your store. If this is how you treat disgruntled customers I can understand why you'd fear retaliation from mismanaged previous employees.

This UPS Store is ALWAYS on point! Everytime I go in there they handle things quickly and professionally. Always ready to help. The last 2 times I came in Larry took care of my packages. This dude is super helpful every time. Enjoy.
