Lady on the phone was very rude with customer in the background. She then became short with me and talked over me. Then told me she was too busy and would call me back. I told her no thank you and that I would try another ups store and she hung up the phone on me. Very rude!

The UPS store on pinebrook and Venice Avenue Friday and today there's nobody there can't get in to get your mail the fence been broken so you cannot get in without them being open very unsatisfied customer I'm gonna have to change PO boxes so uncalled for

I called in advance to ask about notary services for a field trip permission slip. I was told to arrive by 5pm and an appointment was not necessary. I arrived at 4:15pm. Stood in line for 10 minutes (which I had no problem doing). Once it was my turn, I was told the notary had already left at 4pm. When I reiterated what I was told when I called, I was then told "she' was on the phone and it was unclear how long it would be until she was off, so I needed to go somewhere else. I'm a very kind, understanding person, who has never been irritated enough to write a negative review about a business. This was ridiculous to the point I felt compelled to write about my experience. Luckily, I was able to get the document notarized by the UPS Store on 41 by Starbucks. I had a much better experience there. They were actually willing to help!

I received the worst customer service from Maria. Went to return an Amazon package that required 2 boxes and 2 return labels even though it came in 1 box. She wouldn't do it and got an attitude because I said I would take it to another UPS store. I asked her to still send my other package. She kept the attitude and going on about the package, I said I don't care just send this one. She said you need to leave. Needless to say I won't be going back.
