Just finish build on our Cascadia and closed remotely. Experience with Divosta Sales & Construction team was A+. Team kept us informed as the process moved along and look forward to being part of the IslandWalk Community. Expecting to spend around 6 months each year for now.

Extremely happy have been here one year. We have the Martin Rey model and just added a pool. Our DiVosta consultant is wonderful and works with us. Our sales person David Schwartz was extremely transparent but the only the only problem I ran into was when I wanted to build my pool my neighbor said I could not go on his property. Sales needs to tell people that issue as that may make a difference when building same. The only other problem I have is sometimes the vendors they send don’t show up or work so quickly they don’t do a great job of being very neat. All in all DiVosta/Pulte is one of the better builders and I’m happy to be here
