I’ve always received exceptional service from the this location however recently that has not been the case. I have had to stand in line on a few different occasions with only two employees working up front. The last transaction I completed at the store was a complete disaster as the third employee, Tom I believe, finally emerged from the back but obviously had no idea what he was doing….multiple times he had to ask his coworker how to do the simplest of tasks…sorry but I will find a more efficient store the next time..It’s obvious this store needs more help.

Two young men working 7/13 provided exceptional customer service, the store was very busy around the time I came in and the employees handled it very well. Transaction was quick and easy and the employees impressed me with great detail and shipping knowledge. Best UPS store I have ever done business with, I highly recommend.

Completely blown away by the kindness of the staff. John in particular was very accommodating, helped with packaging/sending a gift to my father, and was super knowledgeable. I'm always nervous sending things.. especially fragile items. John put me at ease and handled the transaction with the highest level of professionalism. This was by far the best UPS store I've personally been in. 5 stars all the way!
