My wife is preparing a book and I wanted to get a couple of draft copies printed and bound. Went in yesterday and spoke with Laurie in the print center. Fortunately, it wasn't too crowded so she had uninterrupted time to go over all the services Staples offers. The book is in color and smaller than letter size paper. She gave me paper samples of the various weights and colors to take home to get the author's approval. She showed me the types of bindings they could do. I went back today after uploading my files through the web site. It took about 1/2 hour for them to get to the store. Once they got to the store, Laurie printed off a test page and so I could verify that the colors were right and the pages registered properly. After my OK, she went and printed the three parts of my job. She cut them to the book's size and did a beautiful job of binding them with a coil binder. All the time between these steps, Laurie was taking care of other customers. It was way more hectic then my first trip. The final result looks great, far better than I expected to see from a copy center. I am really grateful for the personal and professional attention I got from Laurie. I'll definitely be back here!
