Very dirty lots of homeless around, and lights aren't always on at night or early morning. An not enough parking for trucks and boat trailers. Needs more ramps for the amount of boats that come an go out of there

No. It's a boat ramp.
There is plenty to of room at the van wezel to park your truck heck even grab a pole and do some fishing. It's right next to boat ramp so lots to see. It's big Sarasota Bay not the gulf of mexico

The park doesn't close so yes. The problem is the amount of homeless people that are in the area, I wouldn't recommend leaving your vehicle there overnight.
Like he said, there aren't any signs saying you can't so unless security has an issue, you should be fine!
City Park. I did not see any dogs or any signs outlawing it. Use responsibly.
30 some footers launch all the time. Have never seen anyone have an issue with depth.
There is no playground... Try going to Bayfront park instead. It's great for kids!
