A rarity these days ... A chain that relies on quality and service more than availability. 85C has the bakery customer figured out. They provide a large selection of fresh baked goods all day. Each item is individually wrapped to retain freshness. I especially love the many orient-inspired pastries.

Bread is fresh, rose tea is nice just the drinking maker lady is not very patient.

Gotta love that taro breAd. It’s been hard to find that and finally found it this morning. I’ve been missing the black sesame walnut bread. I do miss the bigger loafs since there has been a size reduction. Great service.

Still a great place to go for fresh food, bread, and baked goodies. The store is limited in its selections, and you are required to wear a mask, respiratory, and/or face shield. Capacity is limited to 4 groups at a time, and they will ask that groups wait outside if they reach capacity. I recommend that you go at opening time or after 2pm for less crowded times.
