Great location. The staff here was super helpful and efficient! There was a line but it moved quickly. Steady flow of traffic while I was getting my paperwork notarized and everyone was courteous to the customers no matter how cranky the customer was.

I have been going to this store for a while and one older woman named Tina or Trina, not shure as she mumbles is the rudest employee I've encountered at any UPS Store. She is constantly in a bad mood and is always annoyed at anything asked of her to do. Apparently there is a limit of usps dropoffs at this store. I went to another down the street and had no such rule but fine I understand but when you give me a snide remark about it that's not professional. If you hate your job, go back to school! Even at your ancient age. I recommend avoiding this store. There are many other ups stores with much friendlier and helpful staff. Thanks for nothing I will be taking my business elsewhere. One star is a stretch.

I stopped at this UPS Store on Monday (4 days ago) to mail a birthday gift to someone in Clearwater. As I was walking up to the store from my parking spot, I noticed that a car was parked illegally in a drive area in front of the store. I walked into the store and brought my package to one of the ladies at the counter. She was very friendly. Then I realized that the other lady helping a man with a ton of packages was trying to help him, but he began yelling at her and telling her that she is always rude to him when he comes in. He seemed like he was in a hurry and she was doing the best she could to help him with the amount of stuff that he had brought in. He then began to verbally abuse her, but she remained calm and professional at all times. He kept glancing at the door, so I decided to ask him if it was his car parked in the front of the building. He then began to verbally abuse me, using profanity in every other word and he even stepped close to me at one point. I tried to explain to him that I just didn't want to see him getting a parking ticket. He said "forget it, I'll go somewhere else!" He started picking up packages and could hardly get them all in his arms while screaming at me and the representative behind the counter. He finally left the building while using a ton of profanity. I was very impressed with how the ladies reacted to this customer. I go into this UPS Store frequently and I love the convenient location. There is never a wait and their rates are most of the time cheaper than any other shipper. I would definitely recommend this store to my family and friends.
