Robb at this location has assisted me numerous times having precious, rare and very valuable items (not talking chump change) from Florida to North Georgia. I would never normally trust these items shipped anyway but white glove but I can say this location provides the closest thing to white glove packaging that you will find! Thanks guys for always taking time to secure my packages as if they were your own! Can’t say it enough!

Rob and Angel were the most helpful and patient people! I had a mess of a time returning a large FedEx package, and had difficulty finding a place to accept it. When I called Goin' Postal, they answered so cheerful and helpful! Successfully returned said package, and thank you for amazing customer service! Will use as my primary for shipping going forward!

Excellent local business. The staff is always extremely professional and helpful. Their specialty is FedEx shipping, although they offer other shipping as well and can take drop off packages from about anybody. They also sell packaging supplies. When you ship with them, they will also, upon request, send a receipt and tracking number via email if you give this info to them. Their response time by email is also excellent. Great business!

Hello, packages can be 'refused' and marked 'return to sender' at no charge, as long as they have not been opened in any way. Additionally, packages that are returned to sender cannot be tracked. This service is free. thank you
