Very bad and COLD food. We came here on Monday since the PHO #1 across street closed. Server wasn't very attentive. Very presentable dishes we ordered. NOT SURE this place practice to sanitize all dinning tables. ?.!.Very dirty and floor need to clean ... ???? Felt very UNAPPETIZING LAST MEALS there.???..

This place is excellent. Service, price and quality of product is amazing. Best Pho in Simi Valley for sure. I can’t wait to go back!

Bbq pork chops with fried egg is full of flavor and delicious! Ordered chicken pho, broth is very good chicken is a little bland.

As a vegan and not consuming meat for 10 years my one star review was due to the fact I was serviced meat. Incredibly disappointed since I called ahead to confirm their menu had vegan options and a 45 mins drive. The server was nice about everything who offered to correct the error but I got instantly nauseous and had to threw up in the parking lot. So embarrassing. The purpose of my post was the manger was unavailable not in person or by phone. Due to the fact I suggest this can be a training opportunity for best practices for those with food allergies considering peoples health and well being to be considered to run and effective business.
