Bought a couch on Memorial Day and Stacey was amazing. We have a smaller living room and didn't think we were going to get a larger couch, she worked her magic and figured out the best option for our space. She was wonderful and we were so impressed. Will be buying our furniture here from now on.

Literally lied to our faces and told us the two "leather" chairs we bought 5 years ago were of the highest grade leather and then the chairs' fake skin started peeling off. Granada furniture salesmen are Thieves and frauds!

Bought a TV stand .they show the catalog looks very nice .but el that was deceiving the side unfinished wood very rough,dusty. Incredible they deliver an item like that

I purchased a couch. It was never used and ended up not even fitting into the doorway of my apartment. I purchased a warranty with this item as well. After numerous phone calls and being told only the owner can help me with a POSSIBLE EXCHANGE!!! the owner was never available or was not in that day even though I called back exactly when instructed. I don’t have my receipt so I don’t have proof and they don’t believe what I say because “we sell way too many items to keep track of them all” Despite having pictures that show it’s unused condition. They are extremely over priced to begin with and I am very disappointed to say this company is a local store to me. I normally love supporting my local businesses. This business however should not be favored! I would rather recommend Walmart and ANY other store then this one. Extremely sad they have such horrible customer service and policies.
