Had appointment at 1 pm finally got called into Doctor room at 1.45pm. Then another 20 min for exam and because the put drops in my eyes had to wait another 20 for Dr to recheck

I didn't have a long wait, so that was a good thing. I did have a ridiculous amount of paperwork to fill all out. 🦷 I went in for dental work. In a nutshell, they only looked at one quadrant of my mouth after they told me it was a full mouth appointment in the scheduling department over the phone. The dental assistant did take a couple X- rays of again, only one quadrant of my mouth and then the dentist looked in my mouth for 5 seconds and I told me," you need a"whole- mouth-appointment and btw you need 4 Root canals". My teeth don't hurt and they are not loose, is what I wanted to say but she never stopped talking. She followed it up with," the dentist at another clinic can work on you but if you want to come here again I'm going to give you four root canals at about "$1000.00 EACH." Then, as quickly as she came, she was gone, onto the next person. I felt so Dismissed. She dropped a bombshell on me and gave me more paperwork then I was told to leave. I hope your experience is better than the one I had. Just be careful, it's clear they are out for money as my teeth don't hurt nor are they loose. Good luck!🤞

On August 18th I had an appointment to go over test results from a biopsy that was done last month. The appointment time was for 3:00PM the doctor strolled in to see me at 3:40PM. She seemed bothered she had to stop what she was doing. She rushed the news that she was telling me as if it was not a big deal. Having to wait to see a doctor for 40 minutes is a joke. I took time out of my day and left work early for this appointment. I’ve visited Clinicas in the past and overall had good experiences but this was definitely a time that made me think maybe I should start going to a different facility.
