Don’t get started here. Go somewhere else. I’ll be transferring if that’s possible. They drop the BALL time and time again. The infusion center is excellent.

One of the “doctors” kicked us out of the WAITING ROOM, because my sister was on the ground with her iPad. She was a little upset with me because she tried to grab hand sanitizer and I stopped her, my sister is autistic and doesn’t understand why I stop her from doing things. This “doctor” told us to go wait In the car on a hot as day because it was a place of healing. Worst place ever, and not the first time I’ve had an experience like this.

One of the things I did not expect when going to see her was her patient communication skills. I felt like she was dismissing my complaint as if I was making it up. I was referred to her because my gyno had concerns and felt that something more was going on. When I went to the follow up MRI appt she said nothing wrong and to talk to my primary and just shooed me away. I felt like she did not care if I still had issues. The nurse was so nice and sweet and understood my pain and noted it. Dr. Gordon spent less then 5 min on my MRI report appt. I am sad because this Dr has no feelings for people and there issues. I would not recommend seeing her is you are a person that has a body that requires digging to figure out what is wrong. However, for those who had a good experience I am happy that you did.

What a wonderful, clean and professional office. The staff always has a smile on their face and is more than obliged to help suit your every need and answer any questions you may have. Dr. Geover Fernandez is absolutely amazing. He really cares a out his patients and remembers everyone and everything about you even if you haven't seen him in two years. They make you feel extremely comfortable here.

Personally, I would go to UCLA.
They should not be you have every right to all of the information in your medical file. You can go to the front desk and request your medical file. They may chrge you up to $25.00 to get them but most of the time it is only $10 or free. That means you should get all test including scabs , xrays, MRIs , blood test and results. If they do not or tell you no. There is a government office that can help you you should start by contacting human rights services. And they should direct you to the right place.
