No, unfortunately that's considered a safety hazard due to the possibility of the skirt being caught by any machinery. The dress code for Blink is: Sweatpants/athletic gear only and sneakers. NO open toe footwear( sandals, etc.) or pants such as jeans/denim. Tights are allowed and so are other sportswear like sports bras, gloves, etc.
