TLDR: rude lady on the members services phone extension who hung up on me Had a decent workout experience here esp liked that they have a hip thrust machine but ending the membership was a negative experience. I wanted to cancel at the end of July and the lady on the phone (7/30 2:11pm) at this location via the members services extension told me I should come in or else the online cancellation might not go through in time by 8/1 which I thought was completely ridiculous that you don’t have the freedom to cancel your own membership that you pay for without having to go in person. Not everyone has the time to spare to make the commute—the most logical way is to cancel online. When I told her I don’t think that’s right and that I don’t have time to come in person, she immediately HUNG UP on me. I tried calling back several times with no avail. How rude and disrespectful and a bitter end to my membership with NYSC

Nobody disturbs the others, everyone is doing his own training… but if you or someone need a help or something is wrong you receive the accurate guide on time!! As in a real family!

Most of the people who’ve commented have probably never seen a real gym. This gym has old outdated equipment. For me the atmosphere is too warm with zero air circulation. It’s also very crowded for my taste.

Great gym, in an excellent location with multiple floors to tend to your exercise needs. The environment is friendly and the staff keeps the building well maintained. I signed up with Chet Campbell who's a very genuine individual and was frank with me the whole time looking for my best interest. He was very upbeat and fun to speak with. If it wasn't for him taking his time with me for the hour I was there and ensuring that everything now in NYSC is revamped and new. I probably wouldn't have signed up. Therefore he did an outstanding job. I'm happy going to the gym getting my pump in and my friend who's a member joins me in for the fun :) Thank you

Very bad gym...and even more worst team....they are full of liars and robbers in there.... they will not stand by their own statements and comittme nts... worst place to go...worst team to talk to anyone... please dont ever go to this place....jus donate ur money instead.... this team should be chucked out thrown out of this place....they are all bad bad bad people...m so pissed with these people... each and every second until my last breath i am going to curse these people...
