Very nice gym. Relatively clean and equipment up to date. Members tend not to remove weights from barbells when they're done though. They should be encouraged to do so. Also a bike rack would be nice by the entrance.

Nice Gym, the front desk personnel is very professional and kind. Cleaning crew does their job. Meanwhile, the male trainers can be better at their job. They display a lack of professionalism, exhibit flirtatious behavior and leering eyes instead of focusing on helping customers reach their fitness goals!

signed up for a guest pass and came in today, since my daughter raves about it so much. walked in and was greeted by a young lady at the desk who took my ID and picture and told me to have a great workout. informed her that i have a guest pass and would like a tour. she then told me there was no one to do that and she’s the only one on the floor. excuse me? how do you have no one available and only have 1 person on the floor who’s only job is to check people in. she apologized and i left. if i’m paying for services there’s a level of reciprocity that i’m expecting. this gym didn’t give me that. from the gate i was disappointed. hopefully they will learn a lesson from this.

Hope all is well. I would love to give this gym 5 Stars but it missing a great class. I am a member of the Rochdale location Crunch. Absolutely love the gym, but what I see that this gym especially in this community don’t offer is a step aerobics class. This gym is definitely losing potential and new members because it doesn’t offer this class, which leads people out of this community to go to the nearest gym which is less than 5 miles away to 24hr fitness because that gym offers step aerobics and a dance hit. I would love to see this gym especially since it’s in a big coop community to offer step aerobics class and I could guarantee you that your revenue of customers would greatly increase within less than a month. We as Rochdale is a community of upbeat, movements, dance community. Not offering step aerobic. The voice was heard and movement is being made. I appreciate the management team and look forward to change . YAY
