Awesome experience. Good selection and decent prices. Shipping takes a bit so make sure to order in advance if your running low a juice. Recieved the wrong order and customer service responded fast and shipped the correct order. Customer service also let me keep the additional juice for the inconvenience.

I order regularly through the year spending $100-$150 per order (at that point it usually ships free). The shipping takes roughly 3-4 weeks before arriving which to me is the norm for them so no big deal. I just make sure to order when I’m doing to a few bottles so I don’t run out. Prices are fair, some for a steal and happy with the assortment. Haven’t had any issues

I love the prices, and that you can get quality juice. It's so much more cost effective than buying from a shop where I live. I have ordered from them twice now and I've been satisfied both times. This time there was only one small issue. The one bottle of juice I ordered was the wrong nicotine level, support was quick to correct the error. I will definitely order again.

I can relate to your situation. The only relief I can give is that they eventually do respond to your dispute and they will make it right eventually. I contacted them by scrolling down on their website to the Contact tab because I wasn't receiving a response from the email attached to my reciept. They responded soon after. It's the price we pay for great deals I guess. Overall I'll continue doing business with them for the great prices and knowing that it may take a week to recieve my goods.

^dont trust this please. My current order was placed 2 weeks ago... 2 weeks. Ive been lied to 4 times on the phone , they blocked me on their fb page when i called them out , and STILL has not shipped. And they updated my online account with them saying the order is complete. I have a fruad charge filed against them atm. Horrid company
File a dispute with your credit card or bank. These people are scammers. They never shipped my order. I filed a dispute with my card company and filed an FTC complaint so hopefully they are investigated and shut down!
What email address did you use? I have tried 2 different emails with no response. I normally have good service with this company. However, I placed an order over a week ago and it has still not been shipped.
Yep they are scammers. They just got me too. One week and nothing shipped. I filed a dispute with my card company and reported west coast vape to the ftc. Hopefully they are investigated and shut down

Dont bother. They are scammers. Fole your dispute asap. All the reviews are correct. They dont ship anything. They sent me an email one week after my order claiming to not have my order in stock and if I wanted something else. The email seemed super unprofessional sounding too. Anyway dont wait on your order. I disputed with my credit card and placed an order with element vape, whose prices are similar but they're a legit company. I also filed a complaint with the FTC just now, this company or whatever it is needs to be brought down and investigated because they are scammers.
Yeppp. Same just happened to me! Filed a dispute with my credit card company and I also reported them to the FTC. You should file a dispute it you haven't.
I order from EightVape and VapeWild.. Only have good things to say about both ! My son use to order from West Coast but doesn't anymore... Sad😭
They do get back by email even though they got back to me they still sent the wrong stuff.
Unfortunately, the State, local and Federal gov have decided they don't like vaping and view it as equal to smoking. So no more leaving, no more USPS, FedEx or UPS. Teen vaping is just an excuse for more control over what you can and can't do with YOUR BODY. The private delivery companies all vape companies use are on a scale, some are so strict they want a photo of your driver's license, (no way) and others will work with you on finding a way that works for you. West Coast has been the fastest company I have used. Perhaps because it's located in the the same geo location as I am. The Florida Co was very bad. Try calling or emailing West Coast and see if they will give the delivery company your number to call you. Maybe can deliver to your work.
I have alwaysbeen able to email them from the email on their website. They have very quick responses and their customer service has been top notch!
I have ordered a couple times from them and have not been ripped off. But they do lie about the shipping. They say it takes a certain amount of time and it takes a lot longer.

There is a phone number on their site I had to call a couple times back to back but someone eventually answered. Also if your close to Huntington Beach just go down there if they won't answer.
They are behind, but if you email them and ask them to help you. They will get on it quickly. Always have had good experiences in having issues fixed.
So sometimes it takes a while but for me it always got there. Download the app to track your order they have the one to use on the site. That will help. Contact better business Bureau if you don't receive your items they usually help and are good about it. Hope this helps.
I'm literally disputing my transactions from 4-18-20. Called my bank. West coast literally just a little over a week ago issued a $26.00 refund to my account with no explanation. Literally there is no possible combination of $26.00 of products on my order? My order total was over $130...
I had to cancel my order. 3wks and still had not shipped. I'm going back to ordering from Vape Society
I had that problem my first order. On the 6th day I got the confirmation. Product came in good!
I emailed them from a "contact us" link on their website and got a reply the following day.
Sometimes communication is a little late but the product always goes out. They might be getting slammed with orders.

He's right. They sold me a device they hadn't even received yet, then blamed it on the manufacturer. "Hello this is Sam from WCVS, Your order with the Voopoo Drag 2 device only Black Dawn will be going out today, we do apologize for the delay we have had an issue with Voopoo sending us the correct mod." They aren't frauds or cons, they are simply incompetent. If my order ever does come in, I doubt I'll buy anything else from them.
