What email address did you use? I have tried 2 different emails with no response. I normally have good service with this company. However, I placed an order over a week ago and it has still not been shipped.
Update: contacted vendor and didn’t have the color in. Went for a different color, and it was send out ASAP priority mail. Legit, but probably just really busy and not always full on stock. Email contact was very prompt and fixed issue.
