I came in to Joann looking for an office chair covering because my old one got a rip. Staff were so kind and helpful that they helped me with a coupon and cut for the marine vinyl which shows $19.99 but when check out at cashier shows $24.99, which cashier honored at $19.99 plus additional coupon. I was so happy that I came today or else I end up paying for more $$$$

The experience with Fabrics it was really good the Customer Service really nice the only thing is that they need to update their system to be able to pay with tap pay system but otherwise good experience and their Discounts are Authentic and prices are better than other stores.

I'd rather more stars but one of the workers here was very Rude. I asked to get an item and she was standing in front of the item and told me to wait that she was busy talking to a customer. She was talking to a customer but I feel it was rude and disrespectful that she kept talking for 5 minute while me and my Daughter waited. However all other employees that worked there seemed professional and nice.
