I can relate to your situation. The only relief I can give is that they eventually do respond to your dispute and they will make it right eventually. I contacted them by scrolling down on their website to the Contact tab because I wasn't receiving a response from the email attached to my reciept. They responded soon after. It's the price we pay for great deals I guess. Overall I'll continue doing business with them for the great prices and knowing that it may take a week to recieve my goods.
Their shipping and handling system is vastly unreliable. I had to email them three times, for an item I ordered over a week ago... And the excuse I got from Sam was... "Hello this is Sam from WCVS, Your order with the Voopoo Drag 2 device only Black Dawn will be going out today, we do apologize for the delay we have had an issue with Voopoo sending us the correct mod." I've had both great and horrible experiences with this company. Seems like a damn coin toss.
It ended up being a back and fourth game still didnt end up getting my total order but did get refunded for the balance. Almost a month to resolve completely Not saying there crooks just mis organized or somthing. Too much of a hassle for me to return. But yes they do price well.
I ordered on late Saturday got my order on Thursday. Their selection and prices are wonderful!!!!!
I'm going to go ahead and give them a chance because their prices are so damn good. I just placed an order and sent them an email directly afterward. I will post when I find out about my order. Wish me luck!
