They don’t answer there phone ever. And it’s difficult to find the office. I would think a nice city like Sacramento would have better services.

On hold for 30 minutes, they picked up and hung up. Called again, 20 minutes picked up and then hung up immediately again. Worst experience of any utility I dealt with in my relocation

Nice customer service. Rates increased nearly 100% in 15 years. Services diminished. 10% late charge plus .50% continuing charge on unpaid balance. Unwilling to waive late charges for good customers who have occasionally been late in past.

It depends on your address. Even numbered houses can water Wednesday and Sunday. Odd numbers houses can water Tuesdays and Saturdays.

This would be based on your personal usage of water/sewer but garbage would probably be a set rate. You should be able to contact them and ask for your average bill over the past year.
