Nice customer service. Rates increased nearly 100% in 15 years. Services diminished. 10% late charge plus .50% continuing charge on unpaid balance. Unwilling to waive late charges for good customers who have occasionally been late in past.

It depends on your address. Even numbered houses can water Wednesday and Sunday. Odd numbers houses can water Tuesdays and Saturdays.
Call 311 let them know your concerns. Or get the mobil app.
Dial 311 and speak to an agent. They will route the request to the appropriate department asap
You can go to Cityofsacramento.org And there will be a section to pay bills
This would be based on your personal usage of water/sewer but garbage would probably be a set rate. You should be able to contact them and ask for your average bill over the past year.
