Let’s talk about the front desk staff first. The ladies are kind soft spoken, kind and informational. Beautiful!. Now let’s go to your waiting room. It’s like sitting in your home garden living room.last but not least. Robert the technician is very soft spoken also. Before he starts. Robert gives you all the information on your procedures before he puts you in the MRI tunnel. He gives you tools cope. Such as ear plugs & even headphones to curve the loud sounds you my hear so you relaxed in the tunnel & a ball you can squeeze to let him know if you feel in trouble while in the tunnel. Robert also talks to you while in tunnel during the procedure so you feel safe because his voice is so soft spoken & comforting.
