Arrived 45 min early from chico for an mri appointment. 4 hours later, we are still waiting! There are 2 chairs avail everyone else can wait outside in 104 degrees or stand.

I have thoroughly enjoyed the staff each time I have had to go to Sutter Imaging, for whatever the reason may be, sometimes they are busy but it's a great environment and a helpful and caring staff

Haven’t used valet parking, it’s a little confusing to sort out and it can be busy. Never had a bad experience here though. Everyone is nice and accommodating and helpful. Love Sutter facilities.
