My only negative (and it's a qualified one) is that the front desk acted bored, didnot really look at me and under the circunstances said to wait in my car. Understandable for the reason I went but as I tried explaining I didn't come by car, nor do I drive! Outside of that they on the whole deserve the five stars due to the complete and extremely through level of professionalism and care overall staff provided! The nurses ans the doctor made what was an exhausting day turn into a good one.

I have always loved Sutter Urgent Care ion Alhambra in Sacramento. The staff are incredibly polite, kind, and helpful as well as competent. The doctors are thorough and excellent. They have always solved my medical problems, and I appreciate their dedication. Follow through by office staff in reporting test results is prompt and informative. Thank you always.

Even though I am not a regular patient of the Sutter Health System, everyone I encountered treated me with real concern. I will definitely return if I need urgent care. I got to Sutter Health Urgent Care on a Friday night 90 minutes before their closing time, but everyone was patient and attentive. I liked that the doctor called me on my cell phone before she came in to meet me because she was able to input all my symptoms into the computer while we were on the phone, and once I met her in person, she could look me in the eye without the distractions of devices and keyboards. The doctor ordered labs and they were able to draw blood right in the exam room. I got the results of my blood test by midnight, and at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, the doctor called me to tell me the results of additional lab tests. She had already called in the prescription to my pharmacy. The security guards were also extremely kind, helping me to navigate the parking garage after hours. I could not have had better treatment.

I can't say enough about their professionalism and care. It was a bit busy, but once I was brought in and their staff evaluated my condition, it wasn't long before they had me prepped for surgery. The care and attention I received after my surgery was just as impressive and satisfying. On a regular basis one of the surgical team members would stop by my room to check up on me and answer questions and explain things so that I could understand. The entire nursing staff and support team that kept my vitals, meds and all the other things required were all top class. Although I'm still recovering at home, I so appreciated all of you and so thankful we have people like yourselves in your profession. Again, thank you very much Sean Connors

If you are sick enough or injured enough to need emergency or urgent care, it should not matter which doctors are working.
I didn't know urgent care took appointments. I have been there many times. Thought it was walk in only. No appointments.
No, they will send you to L Street for those.
On Saturday and Sunday it opens at 10
Medi-cal is accepted if you are assigned to a Sutter medical group. They do have information on where you may be seen for all other assigned medi-cal groups.
There are no family plans.
