Super swift and easy process. Brandon went out of his way to make it as easy as possible and was so understanding! The only thing I’d say is they definitely need some updates on their website and app because they’re missing a few things but the facility itself is great :)👍🏼

If you need any sort of storage. Look no further, this place is the best, most well kept and cleanest place you will find. Oh and did i mention Brandon? He helps out from day one, orienting you and always around to ensure all your needs are met. And his presence throughout the day ensures no funny business occurs in and around “Public storage” on 2nd street. Thank you Brandon.

Brandon was extremely helpful during my move-in day. He swiftly accommodated me when I wanted to move units and was transparent in sharing with me that the new unit was actually much cheaper than the one I originally reserved. Great customer service! I highly recommend this location.

Great location (clean, convenient to downtown and freeway) and great people (Brandon and Esther in particular were very considerate and helpful.) Also, the price was a great value. I rented initially thinking it would just be a month, but found the value and convenience so helpful that ended up keeping it for 3-1/2 years!
