10-15 minute walk to Oracle park. Good location and a nice gathering area to meet up with friends before the game.

Yes! They are pretty flexible about timing. Ive gone hours before my scheduled appointment and they said as long as I came on the day of my appointment, it's okay. However, they close at 6 so just be sure you're not too late!
