The service provided to transfer our phones at the Coddingtown Center store was really awesome. However, it has been two weeks and 4 hrs of waiting on the phone or dealing with tech support about the dropped calls, garbled lines, no service areas, sluggish service, and no 5G. No one can say why the voicemail shows up as a text message from Texas or why the wireless is so sluggish. They can only tell me to reset the network settings. Last tech said the tower by me was not set up fully. Really? I switched from ATT when they upped my bill without telling me. TMobile is cheaper but I would rather have something reliable that does not mess up my phone. If they can figure out their service and get it to work I would love to write a good review.

I went into the store to resolve a payment. Casey was the only one at the front. He asked how my day was going and if there was anything in particular he could help me with. He was prompt and polite. After receiving some disgruntled news about my remaining fees, he broke down the fees in a way that made it simple and easy to get. He made me feel as though I was being taken care of with my best interests being met. I find that he is a great representative of T-Mobile and deserves a raise.

I came in to T-Mobile looking into switching from Sprint. When I arrived Abel greeted my family and I even though he was busy with another customer. He then helped us out and went in depth and explained the plans and options we had. Abel made the switch very easy and simple he was also able to transfer my information from the old device to the new one which was one of my biggest concerns. He was very patient and helpful throughout the process. If we have any questions we will definitely be going back with him. I'm glad I made the switch to T-Mobile!
